stretch and news

Hello everygoyle!
Here's a bit of inside news on my current and future plans:

This month's dedicated to preparing the Kickstarter for GGaR's 3rd book! It's moving along great, and I'm aiming its launch in October with Hiveworks helping out :)

September's gonna be dedicated to GGaR's end. Not that it will *end* in September! No, it's "just" me planning the last chapter ahead of time so I know the specific date on which the comic will end. It's gonna be intense for me to do so. Part of me doesn't want to do this and wishes it could continue forever :D and it technically could, but I think in the long run the story would lose its initial "charm" and interest, and it'd keep me from trying out new opportunities and experience in the comic and story-telling world.

It's a scary thought, to finish GGaR, for many reasons. But it's also exciting to think about all the possibilities new projects can give me and my art! And I don't think we'll see the last of Roomie and Lillian :)

There will also be a final and fourth book to publish as well next year! Lots of exciting things are to come, I can feel it!

I'll make sure to let you know, loud and clear, when exactly GGaR comes to an end as soon as I know myself, and will continue giving you pics, doodles and news on what's going on for my comics on this Patreon!

Thank you so much for your support, all of you,
and see you soon!

I’m sure you could have continued the story for a long time without officers of the law of diminishing returns come knocking on your door but I do think it’s better to stop at some point. There are too many examples of book series, movie franchises, sitcoms and what have you that end as sad, repetitive shadows of their former selves - and I’m also pretty sure that you as a creator would find the inevitable descent harder to live with than most of the fans. Anyway, as someone once not quite said, ‘We will always have rereads’ - and I think many of us here will be very happy to wait and see to what story world(s) you will take us next.

Looks like I've got some catching up to do on GGaR *cracks knuckles*

Yes, it's a bit sad to see GGaR about to end. But I've always prefered comics that has an actual beginning, middle and ending over those that just goes on, and I'm excited to see how GGaR will end! And after that, I'm excited to read your next comic, whatever it will be!
