September's big scenery, give me your ideas :D
Added 2019-08-28 18:51:08 +0000 UTCAugust is done, let's choose for september :D
So far it's the Witches set winning the miniatures poll, so if it's still the case I'll do a few props to go with them.
And if it's another choice winning the poll, I'll still see to do something with it.
This month I'll like to do a big scenery, a nice scatter terrain that'll take room on the gaming table, rather than small accessories, so feel free to give me your ideas :D A fallen statue? A cave entrance? A bridge? etc etc
Cheers :D

2019-09-01 01:51:47 +0000 UTCA forest glade. With a spring, trees, bushes, druidic rock features.

2019-08-31 13:03:57 +0000 UTCWill clearly use some of these ideas :D Not sure yet about the openlock system for that one, I don't see how I would attach that to something, will see how that goes during the process!
2019-08-31 12:08:28 +0000 UTCSummoning portal I really want to do one, but another time I think, this time it's going to be witches den :D Also the rest are good ideas, hopefully can be done at some points if feedbacks for big sceneries are good!
2019-08-31 12:07:15 +0000 UTCI'll use theses ideas indeed :D Thanks!
2019-08-31 11:57:54 +0000 UTCWe're going for the 2nd idea :D I'll see how deep I go in the creepy factor, but I clearly want it dark enough :D
2019-08-31 11:56:46 +0000 UTCstuff like that have been done very recently in the Lost Adventure Kickstarter, so I'll let some time pass before doing some others!
2019-08-31 11:56:07 +0000 UTCStarting to be a lot if we do all of that :D But I' really like the idea of a shady distillery, that might be interestng for future projects!
2019-08-31 11:55:09 +0000 UTCAre ranger some sort of furnitures? :p We'll have some I'm sure at some points!
2019-08-31 11:54:25 +0000 UTCMine entrance yes I'll have to do one, maybe openlock compatible or something! And the second idea hmm, I think I could do something interesting :D Noted!
2019-08-31 11:54:06 +0000 UTCYees I like stuff like that :D Noted for the future!
2019-08-31 11:53:09 +0000 UTCI like that yeah! Not sure I want that for the witches den, maybe keeping the idea for another and focus on it. Sounds too magical for witches, not creepy enough :D
2019-08-31 11:52:54 +0000 UTCLot of good ideas here! Thanks :D
2019-08-31 11:41:13 +0000 UTCThe cauldron will be there for sure :D
2019-08-31 11:40:38 +0000 UTCGoing to be something like this yeah :D
2019-08-31 11:39:30 +0000 UTCI'll do it at some points for sure, I have this idea in mind since a long time :D
2019-08-31 11:38:30 +0000 UTCWe just downded Baba Yaga this week in our weekly game, not sure I'm emotionaly ready for that :p Naah really like the idea! I think it'll be a witch den for this one, and saving the idea for later :D
2019-08-31 11:37:25 +0000 UTCArf yeah I get that :/ Our main focus was FDM as it's widely used, but I'll still do small stuff with the big ones.
2019-08-31 11:33:37 +0000 UTCReaally like this idea :D I think this month I'll go with something for the witches, as many people have said! But it's noted, I'll have to do it :D
2019-08-31 11:28:15 +0000 UTCRanger ;)
2019-08-29 08:23:40 +0000 UTCi print on a Photon so im not to big on big scene models, i prefer the smaller things that fit without having to cut it into pieces!

2019-08-29 05:55:50 +0000 UTCA hut would be cool, as in Baba Yaga’s hut.
2019-08-29 02:01:58 +0000 UTCThe bridge would be awesome! Maybe an old crumbling bridge with a gnarly tree growing up out of one side. Throw a little “secret door” on the underside somewhere and you’ve got a entrance to an underground lair as well!
2019-08-28 23:51:54 +0000 UTCA Mine entrace would be nice. A pond and a sword in a stone.

2019-08-28 23:32:20 +0000 UTCI still love the idea of a huge fallen statue. I've never seen scatter terrain like that!
2019-08-28 22:12:24 +0000 UTCYes! Trees bushes and random rocks with roots and plants
Masterwork Miniatures
2019-08-28 19:59:56 +0000 UTCI propose a small ruined temple surrounded by a pond.

2019-08-28 19:57:58 +0000 UTCWould love to see some kind of Portal, sourrounded by magic swirls or alike.
2019-08-28 19:29:22 +0000 UTCHow about... A swamp distillery runned by the Witches and their hench creatures? Small goblins carrying barrels with booze, a Troll handyman, a few shady customers, all kinda ideas around this is rumbling in my head :)
Jesper Bramsgaard Hvid
2019-08-28 19:27:24 +0000 UTCmaybe with a necromancy twist?

2019-08-28 19:24:12 +0000 UTCA henge area, with some scatter terrain. Big cauldron (horse sized), a couple of altars, summoning circle, small pond/spring
2019-08-28 19:22:37 +0000 UTCWitches brooms & rack, bubbling cauldrons, ritual circles/pentagrams, crooked dead trees, spell books, ritual altars, animal/demonic familiars, frightened children ready to be sacrificed in a youth spell/potion, hanging herbs, wands, straw huts in the woods, black cats, witches being burned at the stake, trolls think hocus pocus

2019-08-28 19:22:18 +0000 UTCTrees and shrubberies , shop front /buildings , Tents and camp accessories , Church alter and pews , Horse and cart Bridges( stone , rope and wooden )

2019-08-28 19:16:55 +0000 UTCcave entrance would be nice.. or some trees ( so we can make a forest clearing )
2019-08-28 19:11:25 +0000 UTCA hag's hut would be cool, but I think it's been done. A really cool, gross ritual circle type scene with a cauldron and lots of cool creepy details would be awesome. I'm thinking something like the cave of the three crones in The Witcher, where they were just surrounded by blood and body parts.

2019-08-28 19:09:07 +0000 UTCWhen I think of witches I think of black cats, cauldrons full of bubbling liquid, and pentagrams.
ajaxrex
2019-08-28 19:08:37 +0000 UTCTrees and bushes? They are good at all times.
2019-08-28 19:07:47 +0000 UTCA big honking cauldron is kind of a must around witches, I think. The other possibility is some kind of swamp theme around the witches - go swamp hag style, with some mangrove style trees, walkways, and swampy scatter.
Jeremiah Tolbert
2019-08-28 19:07:24 +0000 UTChow about a cave for the witches? openlock compatible if possible, or at least 1 version of it that way. Make it so the cave roof lifts off to play inside, could have some detail like a scrying pool, a larger pool maybe of blood and human remains as well, a pentagram inscribed on the ground, ad, ugh, I could go on and on
