Evil drow witch hunter, disguised amongst other witch hunters to destroy those lolth desires. Guns, female, spiders, perhaps have a version that is disguised (illusion) to look human and hide the spiders, then have another revealed. To fit the theme, imagine she is disguised to fit into the group of witch hunters. Think of it like a secret Hitler scenario where each witch hunter is trying to figure out who the traitor is. Meanwhile she frames innocents and works to undermine the others. This does feel a bit more inquisitor like (I just want a drow with guns) than witch hunter, but I do think the idea of having a “witch” hiding amongst the witch hunters would be a cool twist. You have done a similar thing with the cultists and the hidden/revealed model.

That's a pretty sweet idea! Not sure we have the time to add a mini for ''flavor'' rther than focusing on the theme, but very good. To keep in mind :D

We want to avoid criminals this time, as we are sure a Prison theme will be in the work at some points. Focus is on the witch :D

For a scenery suggestion (though I love all your ideas!!) - what about a big scary looking hanging tree?

What about a tiefling with small horns and a semi-hidden tail dressed in fine clothing that could be present in the crowd of villagers watching the hanging? Turns out that "the Devil" was around after all - everybody was just too busy watching the hanging to notice!

I would think that a villager throwing something like a tomato would fit right in. Or a punished criminal in stocks (could be something inbetween scenery and character)... Both would fit nicely with the chosen theme.

In my opinion the Villager with a pitchfork is overdone (Reaper Miniatures for example), but one or two screaming and throwing tomatoes and such would be amazing 😁

Yes that was the idea behind, quite versatile!

I could see the cage wagon useful in many scenarios in addition to witch hunting; Heroes getting trapped by enemies, transporting a creature, bounty hunting, discovering a caged NPC along the road...

If the execution is by drowning, then a witch tied by chain might be good.

I don't know if this is too dark, but a "witch" in the middle of burning on the steak or drowning in a cage would be pretty nuts!

Cool idea but noot really fitting the theme I think? We would like to keep that for a Prison theme.

As said above we might keep an executioner for a later theme. You don't cut the head of a witch :D

Second villager with a torch could be cool, to light the fire :D Executionner isn't a bad idea but I think later we could have a theme "prisonner" and have one.

Villager with a fork! Great ! For the 6th a second ( to have a couple) with a fire torch or crying "burn the witch". Or a masked executionner.
