Refining the sceneries side of the Patreon! Need your help!
Added 2020-09-22 19:38:43 +0000 UTCHi everyone, Jonathan here :D
I need your help to shape the future sceneries releases!
These past few months I've asked what people want, and I tried to do as much as possible, but I personnaly really feel all around the place, so I wanted to ask you all what you prefer to see in the sceneries side of this Patreon, so maybe I can aim better and focus more on what is really wanted! I really want to do them better, as I'm not really in a happy place regarding my side of the work!
So here is a poll, you can vote for every options if you have no preferences, but you also can avoid what you don't need, so I can have a better sense of what you want as a community!
I would like to focus on less choices, but do them better, rather than being a jack of all trades, master of none!
If you have suggestions, please tell me in the comments!

Smaller items that can be manually placed into a closed hand is what I need. Potions, fishing rods, cooking utensils, instruments... Something that can EITHER be put in a hand and printed or placed on someone's back and printed. I want props for days!

2020-09-23 02:20:26 +0000 UTCI voted for scatter and small to medium props. Having a resin printer the larger stuff is less likely to get printed. Love your work.

2020-09-23 02:04:53 +0000 UTCBeside the bases, the rest is a bit all over the place though haha! And giving the votes, it wouldn't change too much I believe! I'll just refine, and maybe try to not listen to ALL suggestions, and focus a bit more to provide more quality! I'll see for Prison how it goes!
2020-09-22 22:45:50 +0000 UTCI voted for all because I like the whole package you do. I only sub you and one other because of the variety you deliver with such great quality. I’ll be bummed to see the structure change although I’m sure it will still be good

2020-09-22 22:11:09 +0000 UTCAhh tricky one! I actually wanted to stop doing OpenLock stuff that are outside the official OL grid (like the church this month..), as the ''thinking'' part took too much time, rather than using the official grid and just sculpt on it. So doing a special OL resin serie would require quite a few moment of thinking.
2020-09-22 21:12:25 +0000 UTCThis. Exactly this.
2020-09-22 21:02:00 +0000 UTCThis was an easy vote for me. Small details and medium scatter. I like the tile things you do but there are so many different tile sets out there. I feel like if you throw a tile set in every now and then that’s cool but I’m definitely after the other stuff.

2020-09-22 21:01:19 +0000 UTCCompletely agree with Matthew your way of sculpting is one of my preferred... In any case large or medium are good.
2020-09-22 21:01:13 +0000 UTCI have a resin printer(Anycubic Photon) and even though it's great to have small scatter to print it would be nice to have thin tiles sets too. Thinner wall and floor grids are still very easy to print with resin if they aren't too bulky.

2020-09-22 20:18:29 +0000 UTCThis. I loved printing and painting the ruins from the Vampires.

2020-09-22 20:16:31 +0000 UTCLove lots of small to medium items I can do on my resin printer. solid themes and no support models are great.

2020-09-22 20:10:53 +0000 UTCI’m everytime less inclined to print larger house for days...i preffer more small pieces to add flavour to a table... 15 hours print top... 3-5 perfect...

2020-09-22 20:10:28 +0000 UTCBases won't leave, they were a community goal, they are here to stay!
2020-09-22 20:08:05 +0000 UTCKeep the bases coming. I've found a real need for them. I'd like more Trees, Fences, Roads, etc. Specific scenery like Pots are situational for me, but when I need them they are golden. Animals would be welcome as either scenery (pigs) or characters like War Dogs. The camels were nice. I have a current need for War Elephants thanks to SAGA: Age of Hannibal.
2020-09-22 20:05:22 +0000 UTCI also didn't bother voting. I am here to see what you create. Seems to me when you do what you want to do your work is great. Why shoe horn you into what I want, instead of what inspires you.

2020-09-22 19:50:12 +0000 UTCYou have done a lot of great scenery props/scatter furniture. Your latest work on the OpenLock set is fantastic. I am here for the personality that exudes off your sets like Witch Hunters, Itinerant Band, Gothic Tales, Explorers, Camp etc. While I think that open lock structure you just did is top notch, medium scatter that supplements the character of those kinds of sets to me is what makes your channel.

2020-09-22 19:48:14 +0000 UTCI like the idea of set-piece "scenes" - whatever scale that comes under. Things like "the bakery", "the stable", "the guardpost" etc... All that works for me.

2020-09-22 19:45:55 +0000 UTCI voted twice...first for the scatter and second for the larger pieces. I would leave the decision to you to decide which you're going to make on month to month basis. Some months may be better served by one, the other or both. I'd wouldn't suggest OpenLock. By using a proprietary system like OpenLock, you are eliminating your patrons who don't use it. Just my thoughts.
