It you join before the 1st you'll get charged for January, and you will get charged again the 1st of February, obviously, as you're paying for the current month.
Joining now gives you Starter pack + December + January.
If you wait for the 1st you'll get Starter pack + January + February (when ready).
As usual all of it will end up on Gumroad and MMF a bit later!

I'm late here, real life interfered somewhat, so I had no time to look at this release until now... The 100mm bases are great, no wait, gorgeous ! (I'm the one who asked to keep them for dioramas...) I'm happy :)
