Loving the style, he looks awesome. i know you guys have been working hard to get things done so the concept art is really appreciated to give a bit of flavour to the theme.

coyote or a vulture for a small animal would be cool, bull/cow skull, pistols and rifles, horse trough, a mysterious stranger is a must! Pile of horse crap lol? Freestanding swinging western doors, Horse shoes, water barrel, NPC hiding in a barrel from a gun fight? Lady with parasol or a can can dancer? Artificer hero gunman.

Lot of great ideas here! Love them all! Indeed the horses could be done easily as I have a couple of horses from previous months. Cart is nice for sure, with the rounded fabric cover. House really not sure, it's still ''big'' to do, and last time I did a poll for what people preferred as part of the sceneries, big stuff were last, as it's a bigger printing commitment. All ideas noted, I'm sure I'll use them!!!

Yeah sheriff looking character is indeed a good idea haha! I love the playing cards ones ,but it seems to be maaaybe too much on the passive NPCs side compared to the rough list we did so far. Idea noted though! But having a table with cards and boozes etc seems needed!

Skeletons and skulls of animals, perhaps a dead horse would also be interesting as a dispersal ground. Some loose hats to decorate walls or add to the characters, perhaps also pistols rifles. A small western house is simple and you can make a town with it by repeating the model. Horse drinkers, horses tied to the post. The typical water tank is simple to make and is very characteristic of western towns, desert rocks will hit with the cactus from a previous publication with a desert theme, perhaps a cart or carriage. Some citizen with this theme would also be great, and of course I would love if any person wears a poncho. Here is a good brainstorming, I hope one of them will serve or inspire you :)

Yes!! I forgot to write hanging post as I thought about it! Wanted board is a great idea too! Street with shops seems a bit above my monthly capacity though hahah!

Maybe a street with shops where spell duels are fought. Store fronts, wanted boards, horse hitches and troughs. Maybe a hanging post for those wanted criminals to meet their ends... looking forward to what you come up with.
