Here is the 1st guard, before posing!
I'll swap and change equipement for the others to get a good selection without being too repetitive! (no mittens, no helmet, some armor etc)

Google “city watch waterdeep” yours reminded me of the dwarf. The image shows a human, halfling and dwarf. Could be a cool theme using that image as a base to make a city watch.
