I think I'll settle the minis to be protesting villagers!! I have ideas for proper ruffiands / bandits later down the line, with more gear and menacing look!
Since the men were pretty low profile already, I'll do the same for the women, so you can have your villagers protesting the king's taxes :D

I have compiled a full village of peaceful villagers from all the heroes/NPCs from previous sets already, so I’m good for that! However, people can move to that village so the more the better!!!
