Patreon Break (IMPORTANT CHANGES FROM LAST TIME!!)

Hey everyone,

I've done this before, and unfortunately, I have to do it again, but with some differences this time. University has started up for me again, and I don't have time to upload here and update my public stories. I have to choose one, and my public stories always get top priority.

Thus, I'll be taking a break starting in February, and I'll be canceling payments for all patrons during that time - read my previous Patreon break announcement post for more details. However, there are two important differences:

1. New patrons will NOT be able to pledge during my inactive months.

I'm not sure why Patreon implemented this change, but I can't change it, so if you want to be able to access my content during my inactive months, you need to be pledged by Jan 30, which is when I'll cancel your billing. This only applies to people who are not currently pledged, of course.

2. Billing will be paused for a month starting from the cancellation date (not the calendar month)

This doesn't change much for most of you, but for people who signed up after I switched to subscription billing (where you pay monthly on the day you signed up), you'll have to pay one cycle more before the break, and one less after the break, so it should balance out. Let me know if you have any concerns.

Tl;dr: I'm going on a break starting Jan 30, current patrons will not be changed during my break, and new patrons will not be able to sign up during my break.
