Do you remember "The Island" series? There was a monster that was seen as a sentient mass of smoke that preyed on humans. What if Veilwrights had some folklore around them as being "Smoke/Mountain Devils"? And locals would carry "Warding incenses to keep evil spirits at bay" made from Stone Knuckles? This is the type of vibe it gives me. Art is superb as always, keep delivering Dragon Man!
