BOOTHでの通販は予定通り2月20日20時頃までとさせていただきます。

今後、R18作品は完全に業者委託の方向で考えています。

【Notice】

事の経緯も備忘録として残しておきます▽

◎公開直後に運営から新刊(紙版)非公開のメールが来る

非公開理由は掲載されず、規約再確認後該当作品を削除してねという内容でした。(非公開理由は問合せ不可)

先に公開したDL版は大丈夫だったので、紙版も大丈夫だろうという認識でした。

サンプルを変えて上げ直すことも考えましたが、下手すると店ごとBAN され通販をご利用くださる人に更なるご迷惑をおかけするリスクがあったので、業者委託を決めました。

◎悩んだこと

これまで業者委託の気が進まず、ずっとBOOTHを使っていました。

理由は、以下の通りです。

・どの本も通販1回あたりの頒布数がそれほど多くなく、委託するほどではなかった

・業者委託だと手数料や消費税などの計算がややこしそうだし手続き難しそう…と思い込んでいた(私は計算や事務系の作業が大の苦手です)

イベントでお声がけいただいた時にしっかりお話聞いておけば良かったと痛感しました…😂

◎ 初めての業者委託

とらのあなさんで委託童貞卒業させてもらいました。

迅速に対応していただきとても助かりました…😭

手続きはいくつかありましたが1〜2日で発送できたので、思ったより気軽に委託できるんだ…！と感動しました。

手続きのやり方は今後時間作って復習します。

【what happened (memo)】

◎ Immediately after the publication, I receive an email from the management that the new publication (book ver.) is private.

The reason for the non-publication was not posted, and the message stated that the work should be removed after reconfirming the terms and conditions. (The reason for the non-publication could not be inquired.)

I was under the impression that the book ver. would also be fine, since the previously published DL ver. was fine.

I thought about changing the sample and sale it, but I knew that if I did poorly, my store would be frozen and I would risk causing further inconvenience to the mail order users, so I decided to outsource the work to a vendor.

◎Problems

I have been using BOOTH because l have been unwilling to outsource to a trador.

Reasons▽

The number of books distributed per mail order was not that large, and it was not enough to consign.

I had an image that outsourcing to a contractor would be complicated in terms of fee calculations, etc., and that the procedure would be difficult.

I should have listened carefully to what they had to say when I was approached at the event.😂

◎ First time consigning to a vendor

I requested a consignment from Toranoana.

They responded quickly and were very helpful 😭

There were a few procedures, but the consignment process went smoothly.

I was so upset at the time that I don't remember much, but I was impressed that I could consign more easily than I thought...!

I will make time in the future to review the procedures.
