The story of (Don't) Look

A few years back a guy I knew was trying to get an online art magazine off the ground and he was asking for submissions. Each issue had a theme and from memory the issue of this one was sex. I decided to explore the idea that fetish can become all consuming. Starting out with Chris nude but paint free representing someone really just exploring conventional or vanilla fun.
Over the course of the series, Chris becomes engulfed in paint from head to toe which to me represented those people who become defined by their fetish, living their lives around the satisfaction and exploration of that kink.
A few people suggested that perhaps I was portraying "blackface" which I most definitely was not. This is not a satirical, nasty potrayal of race, but just an all over body paint. Ironically it wasn't a person of colour who was complaining, it was a white person being a social justice warrior and some friends of mine who are people of colour told her to shut up.
This was also one of the earlier deliberately erotic shoots that I did as well. When I decided to start releasing downloads for sale, this was the first one released.
