As you all know, I have been asked a million times why I don't shoot "regular" guys or "real" guys. While I kind of find it annoying that I have to justify my style and my work to people, I also understand. So last week when I posted that I felt like doing a shoot in the National Park this weekend on my Instagram stories, David who I have known through friends for a few years put his hand up. He did say "I know I'm not like your regular models."

I thought "let's do this" and it was fun. He's a great guy with the right attitude and sense of adventure so off we went.

Now, this shoot won't come out for a few months yet as I have a bunch of downloads already waiting to be released but when it does get released I'll be fascinated to see what the reaction is like. The cynic in me expects all the people who have been clamouring for me to shoot real guys to suddenly go quiet but still not buy the download.

Having said that, I posted a non frontal version of these shots to my story today and it's getting a great response so I could be very wrong. Let's see.
