Added 2023-02-23 09:09:32 +0000 UTCWith people coming to town for Sydney Mardi Gras and World Pride, I'm doing a lot of shoots at the moment. Some are for downloads and some are for the exhibition.
Two of my models are coming from Melbourne and one of them in particular mentioned he loved my underwater shoot and is very comfortable under the water. So using this shoot of my mate Simon as reference we are heading to the water. One of them I'll be shooting looking down into the water like these and the other one I'll be shooting with both he and I under the water. I'll have to work out what the surf is like and pick a safe spot.
This shoot of Simon was done in May of 2016. For those following along at home, May in Sydney is the end of our Autumn heading into Winter. I was questioning whether I was being unnecessarily cruel when Simon came out of his apartment in a warm tracksuit and woollen beanie. I was questioning his sanity when he said he didn't mind.
The thing I love about Simon is his pure zest for life. He constantly inspires me with his creativity and his enthusiasm. His fiancé will be posing for another exhibition shoot hopefully very soon.
