There are times when I find myself thinking back to ideas I've had for a photo shoot that have never eventuated. Some of them were just too hard, too far away or just never happened. Some will remain in the too hard basket or discarded pile forever but there are some I'd love to try.
One such idea was to drive up north a couple of hours out of Sydney and take a model or two into the vast sand dunes up there. It's logistically difficult but I think with the right planning it would result in some stunning images.
Some of the shots I imagine would almost end up as landscape images with a small nude figure somewhere in the shot and others would be close ups of the model with a vast expanse of dunes as a backdrop.
I've got so much more brain space now that the exhibition images are finalised.
