So very tempted

I have a couple of cameras that I use but the main one is second hand and has never felt quite right. It has done everything I ask of it and I can't quite articulate what is wrong but it might be time to make some changes.
One change that I'm very seriously contemplating is a switch to a mirrorless camera. The trouble is that it's a bit of a costly exercise. The truly tempting part of the change is the video options. The cameras I have currently are fairly old and video technology has improved a lot in the time since they were released. By switching to the mirrorless camera I'm thinking of, i'd be able to do half speed slow motion in 4K and deliciously slow motion in HD.
Video is something I really want to play with and I feel like this might be the way to do it. I'd have to sell the cameras and lenses I own to make it viable but I'm so very tempted.
