Using it as a tool...
Added 2024-07-25 09:54:19 +0000 UTCThere is a lot of fear about A.I. and whether it will replace people in creative roles and the time I've just spent trying to get the perfect images for this post has proven that it is fantastic but only as a tool.
In my day job I get asked if I worry about it and there's nothing to fear. For me to become obsolete as a designer or photographer clients are going to need to miraculously be able to articulate in explicit detail exactly what they want.
Now, midjourney that i used for these images and photoshop's a.i. tools don't allow nudity anyway so, while I know there are a.i. generators that allow nudity, for the time being I see it as a fantastic way for me to conceptualise the imagery that I want to create. It's nearly a year since I had my exhibition and I'm starting to get the urge to create something conceptual again and this is a great way to workshop ideas.
Obviously these images above aren't as surreal as I would like to create but they are a lot of fun to play with. You can also see very clearly my taste in guys.
