A man can dream
Added 2025-03-01 05:04:18 +0000 UTCIt's no secret that I'm a fan of Kylie Minogue and it's also no surprise to anyone that she is top of my celebrity photo shoot wish-list. Tonight is her first concert in Sydney in seven years and it will be the fourteenth time that I've seen her perform live. She has provided the soundtrack to my life.
As much as I would love to photograph her, the insecurities plague me. How on earth would one approach photographing their idol? Do I do something stylised and conceptual or do I try and capture the "real" Kylie. She's done literally thousands of shoots over the years of all kinds so doing something new would be quite a challenge. I also know she's pretty guarded about letting people in to the "real" Kylie so would a more simple shoot even be allowed?
Despite all the nerves that would come with it, my god I'd be right up for it.
