WWTavern September Painting Contest

Greetings dearest friends!

This month we are celebrating the second anniversary of our Tavern. We’re thankful to everyone who has supported and keeps supporting us and helped us get to this point and in this celebratory spirit, we have teamed up with our friends at Chitu Systems to bring you a painting competition! As per last time, the competition is open to all, including categories for both Amateur and Adept painters, so that nobody feels like they are being left out.

The contest officially begins on the 10th of September and will run for one month. The final day for submissions is the 10th of October(by 12PM PST). All entries will be put up to a public vote between the 11-15th October to select the winners.

Without further ado, here is the timeline, rules and terms:

Rules

To participate in this contest you'll need to do 3 things:

⦁    Choose any model from the WWT catalog (you can purchase whichever model you like from our MMF store, or subscribe to our Patreon to receive the current release and awesome models in the future).

⦁    Print, Paint and Post your submission on Instagram or FB, including the relevant hashtags.

⦁    Submit your entry to the relevant Google Form:

Winners will be selected via a public vote on our Patreon.

Terms

⦁    Models can be freshly painted for the competition, however, for this contest we are willing to accept works that were completed or started shortly before the competition was announced (within a couple of weeks).

⦁    You cannot commission a professional painter to paint your submission, this has to be purely your own work.

⦁    One model submission per participant.

⦁    Digitally edited (serious photoshop, we’re not talking levels changes or RAW development) submissions will be disqualified.

⦁    Minimum 1, maximum 5 Photos must be submitted to the google form in .jpg (jpeg) format, max size: 100MB.

⦁    Please try to submit a good quality picture. Blurry/out of focus entries will have a lower chance of showing your paint job in its best light.

⦁    Participants must tag our sponsors in their social media posts:

WWTavern reserves the right to award an extra prize to a submission that doesn’t enter the final three.

The cost of the prize and shipping is covered by our sponsors. Depending on your location and local laws, you might have to pay import duties on the items.
