Fully burnt out candles lie in a scraped off puddle off the side table where the candles were exhausted* Tay: It's not their fault they don't know what it's like. I guess such is the pain of being immortal. Every year as the ones you care grow older one by one they will fade and soon you'll be blowing out candles alone. Sometimes I wonder if I wasn't immortal would I have had a happier life. I could have grown old and knew what it would be like to cherish the moments in time and felt that it was a life well spent. Where everyday mattered where people mattered where I wasn't just another being punished to watch for eternity never being a part of the world. *Berk standing up began to strip his clothes off, joining Tay in the bathtub before pulling Tay in for a hug.
