I hope everyone is having a good start to your summer. Or maybe things are cooling down for you as winter approaches. Whichever the case, we've been hard at work on the game and have a big update for you with a lot of new and improved stuff. Let's get straight to what's in store for you this month!
New Writing - New Short End in the Felicia Route and More Demo Content Edits
Felicia's route was the first to be completed in the game, but so far it's the only one to lack a short ending. The plotline does have a small branch at the end with two alternate "true" endings, but we completed the route before we knew we'd be offering a short end for all the other routes. You can reach this new ending by going to the "Discovered" subchapter in Day 4 and playing through until the new choice. If you choose the new option, you'll get a few alternate versions of some familiar scenes until seeing a whole new ending. We'd be surprised if you like it more than the full ending, but it does offer an interesting idea of what else could have happened in the route.
Speaking of the Felicia story, we went back and tightened up the writing in its first day. This is part of the demo content rewrite that was initiated last month. It involves one of the bigger changes in the whole rewrite, with the sequence of events shuffled around during their time at the mall. You can go back and read the changes, which we think make the story flow much more naturally.
In addition, the demo content of the Sylvia route has been given a once-over as well. It's not quite as dramatic, but there's been a few language improvements and other fixes. It might not warrant a reread, if not for...

New CGs - Three New CGs from The Transformistress and UltraBondageFairy
...the new CG that appears in that part of the story!
The shopping montage featuring Margaret and Adrianna is one of the new offerings by The Transformistress that appears in this month's update. This scene was one of the roughest and oldest sketch CGs in the game, so old in fact that it was by one of the original artists for Mice Tea who no longer works on the project. TM has totally revamped the layout and scope of the scene with so many alternate elements that it's almost as well-animated as the normal game sprites!
In addition, she's also completed the CG of Felicia that appears when Margaret wakes up next to her on Day 3 of that route. It's been lined without color for some time now, and the new color and shading makes a big difference. It also includes the addition of a new, let's say "character," that really livens up the scene.
And last but not least, UBF completed the scene of Margaret pushed up against glass that you all voted on earlier this month. The finished version includes more TF elements and an additional panel that sells the exhibition angle of the scene. It's really fun and sexy and we hope you enjoy it!

New Sprites - Three New Finished Cameo Sprites and Four Sketched Sprites
The four cameo characters that appear at the end of Felicia's route have been in the game for some time, and were the first sprites to appear that weren't of the main cast. However, we've only ever seen them in their anthro forms until this month. The characters who turn into Billie, Carmen, and Regys all get their pre-TF sprites in this version, each appearing in their respective scenes in Felicia's epilogue. Not only that, but they're also sprinkled elsewhere in the game as background NPCs in several scenes. See if you can spot all the places they pop up!
On top of that, we've got four new sketched sprites: two of which are patron cameos from the most recent offering, and two of which are other NPCs that appear in the course of the game. We've prioritized ones that appear early in the game, so now there are actually no placeholder silhouette sprites that appear in the demo at this point!

New Backgrounds - Gavin's Floor, Gavin's Kitchen, and Convention
Heart is still on a roll providing us with new backgrounds in the game with four finished settings. The first two are zoomed-in versions of Gavin's apartment used when Margaret's in her tiny mouse form. The other is the convention, one of the most complex and perhaps most anticipated backgrounds to be finished. It's got tons of details and creates a really lively atmosphere we think adds to all the scenes it appears in.

Mobile UI - Work Completed
We've been making improvements to the Android UI recently, but with this release we've finally completed development on the mobile interface! This month was mostly working on a new touch interface for the character viewer, but there was also some text in the chapter titles and music tracks that needed to be adjusted. Also, we reintroduced the ability to turn on auto-play in the mobile version. Now when you press the button in the bottom right hand corner you're given the option to skip ahead or turn on auto play. We hope the dual-purpose button is an elegant solution to utilize the smaller screen size.

Some less obvious improvements this time around include some gallery improvements and some work to cut down on the game's file size, but those are the biggest changes this time around.
