A rather badass looking fiery dragon sat on molten lava on her arm! Shame I couldn't see it all due to her decidedly unskimpy and rubbery NHS uniform, but I think she had several more on the other one too. Perhaps some additional dangly piercings for convenient Purell bottle storage?
