Vitaly: Contract with Wisdom Pirates

Herba Island is now called Kitatus and is controlled by a belligerent pirate called Toxic. He has infected everyone in the island with a posion and the only way to a cure is to kill someone with the antibody.
Captain of the Wisdom pirates, Nobeno, offers a deal with Vitaly. Nobeno would trade a partial antibody with him in exchange for protection until they escape this island. Vitaly usually works alone but this time, he decides to cooperate.
