OC: Ilya Nachetnebel
Added 2024-12-12 08:05:34 +0000 UTCI created a new oc for first time in a long while. Even I'm surprised that he's so monotone and short-hair because if you've seen all my ocs so far, they usually have medium-length ~ long hair.
He was designed for a mafia RP group but my application was rejected so unfortunately he's back to my "oc storage box" until I get a chance to draw him again.
