Honestly Jeffries doesn't get enough notice, in general, for his hilarious lines. I also love Carlton-but I can't say anything for spoilers. I do hope you continue.

That scene of Uncle Phil tearing the cops apart was great and showed why James Avery was perfect for the role. I do want to know why that singer was arrested.
There are more deep episodes coming along. Some are thinkers and others will have you crying.

Bet you didn't realise that this show has more depth and more story and more morals than you realised, other than comedy?
Yeah this show is grand in comedy, but has a lot of deep messages involved, that sometimes aren't comic, and there will be more to come.
Once again Cody, thank you for watching this show, continuing this show, and thank you for sharing your expirence from Germany, I'm sorry you had to endure that.

Elvis presley once said "the image is one thing and the human being is another...it's very hard to live up to an image."

Lol I love the lines that were actually lyrics to his songs.
"Parents just don't understand" when will looked at the camera was a 4th wall break because that was a line from his big hit at the time.
Same as the first few episodes when uncle Phil said "you're only 16, you don't have a rep yet."

"You only think it's not a real thing because you've never experienced it." Damn poignant, dude.
I see a ton of "I back the blue" signs in my neighborhood, and honestly, they just make me sigh. Yes, the police are an important part of any community, but they also need to be held accountable when they fuck up. Racial profiling is real, and it's bullshit. Phil and Viv completely owned that scene. So satisfying.

The episode with the cops is one of James Avery's best acting moments. You could hear his Shredder voice when he did his speech. I've had my own encounters with racism and that episode hits close to home
