This happened around 10 years ago before Raruurien. A guardian from Black mountain, the city of Zaal, got corrupted. This walking calamity traveled from far north to the area within the capital city of Warudhaim, leaving trails of death on its path.
Lore:
There are six guardian beasts roaming among the land of Warudhaim, being the center of the prosperity of nature. In one era, raging wars tainted the land and thus corrupted the guardians one by one.
