Weekly Friday Update (11/3/17) NPC-a-Palooza
Added 2017-11-04 00:59:01 +0000 UTCObviously there's more than just five or six people inhabiting the world of NEW HORIZON. Here's a select few of them! I really enjoy designing NPCs. This particular batch is set based off of personal friends and their interests and personalities. Some of them take more liberties than others by leaning more towards other inspirations, but all inspirations always relate to the person they're based off of.
There should be more NPCs on the way. I can't really get by with only 11, and there's a few older designs that could use some sprucing up.
