Having bright seaweed on a dark background makes it looks like it's inside an aquarium. With a white background, it looks like he's close to the water's surface so I can add caustics to him. I hope you like it!
I made this illustration with Huion Kamvas Pro 13 2.5K. It takes time to get used to it but I started to like it.
