"Red Materia"
Added 2024-10-29 14:53:58 +0000 UTCI've been playing FF7 Ever Crisis lately and I enjoyed seeing all the costumes they released. It opens up a lot of creativity. I saw some fans making up the lore and I enjoy reading them. I couldn't join the hype train because of work so this theme is kinda out of date. I enjoyed making it nonetheless.
My friend wrote a fic about Cloud's Bahamut garb and I felt inspired to draw this. In the story, Cloud died when he was a teenager in an accident. For four years his body was exposed to nature and then fused with a Bahamut summon materia before being resurrected as a mutant. That's why I combined the visual of a red materia and a womb.
