Added 2023-10-18 02:47:30 +0000 UTCWell, this last weekend was a trip. We drove down to Portland and I attended my first Magic the Gathering event in at least 15 years, possibly 20. People were so nice, and there were artists there I haven't seen since I was a young'un, back when we were all just starting out. It was amazing.
I signed...a LOT of cards.
Now I'm so tired, I'm wondering if I picked something up besides a set of gorgeous painted cards from Margaret Organ Kean. I should use one of my Covid tests just to be sure. (But it's probably just a cold.) I did finally start playing the latest Zelda game, I feel like I've earned a little pointless fun. I've also picked up a biography called Romantic Outlaws about Mary Wollstonecraft and her daughter Mary Shelley. I'm looking forward to that one!
