As I sit down to pen this message, it's with a heart full of emotion and gratitude for each one of you. Requiem, our beloved community, stands as a testament to what we can achieve together, even amidst challenges and changes. Today, I want to share some updates with you – not just as supporters, but as the pillars of our community.

Firstly, it's important for you to know about some recent changes within our staff. We've had to make some difficult decisions, including parting ways with valued members across our staff team. Their contributions have been immense, and we wish them well. These steps forward, though hard, will be part of a broader effort to restructure and strengthen our community, ensuring that Requiem continues to be a safe, inclusive, and vibrant place for all gamers.

I want to be open about a personal challenge that has impacted Requiem. Due to recent job loss, I've found myself in a tight financial spot. In these trying times, a portion of Requiem’s funds has been utilized to keep the community - and myself - afloat. This decision was not made lightly. Rest assured, the primary focus of our finances remains the growth and sustainability of Requiem. As we move forward, I am committed to treating my role in Requiem with the dedication of a full-time job, ensuring that our community thrives and continues to be a haven for gamers everywhere.

I want to assure you that Requiem is here to stay. The challenges we face are but stepping stones, leading us to greater heights. Our commitment to providing a safe, exciting gaming environment remains unshaken. Requiem isn’t just a community; it's a family, and like any family, we grow stronger through trials.

Looking ahead, I am thrilled about the new initiatives we're planning. We're not just about Sea of Thieves anymore – expect new games, new ways to interact, and fresh content that will enrich our experiences together. These upcoming changes are designed to inject more fun and excitement into our community, making Requiem an even more engaging place for all of us.
