As a result, though, you guys will be getting the ROUGH chapters ASAP, rather than on any delay!

I just realized we have a foreshadowing in this chapter: "While first-year CAD recipients participate in their own bracket at Sectionals and are limited to competing at that level—with some exceedingly rare exceptions—..." Are we going to see Rei competing with 2 and 3 years tier? Or may be the whole group?
