Sylvie's Technique Vlog - Experiments In Sparring pt. 2 (1 hr)

This is my second time using this format for my Technique Vlog. It got a positive response the first time around and something that I like about it as an alternative to the single-technique version is that, because this is my real-time experimentation with these techniques, what I have to say in terms of expressing what I'm attempting, where it came from, and truly how it has found its way into my arsenal is far more broad and inclusive of many different elements and processes than the single-technique format. Both are good, variety is best.
