When the only way to catch the ball—which he did—is by being completely in the air parallel to the ground heading out of bounds, I do not call that a in bounds catchable ball. YMMV.

You say that like any of these receivers have the capability to make even remotely any kind of play to help out their QB. He's not always going to throw it perfectly, but that's a 100% in bounds catchable ball by even an average receiver in the league.

Just curious…is there ever been a worst offensive schemed team than this ?

Terry, mingo had time to get the ball and I thought he caught it. He got both elbows down which would down him, he just didn't maintain possession. Best throw in the world? no. catchable. absolutely. you see why the stem of the route causes a slight mismatch in timing

“fix the socks” 😂 still has me laughing a day later. Great breakdown. Feels like Bryce still is overestimating speed for his WR, leading too far at times and he knows where he wants them to be. Needs better perimeter next season!

@6:30. JT, the receiver didn’t drop it. He caught the ball, but landed out of bounds. If your boy had thrown it a little better, he might have been able to get a knee down.

He also has fun with it. No shade at all to a legend and a great man , but Kurt's vids are a little dry.

Ejiro is still the defensive coordinator. Tepper promoted special teams coach Chris Tabor to HC. Edit: Thomas Brown back to calling plays. Also, yes, it was raining. It got pretty heavy for a bit

This is why I love JT (and actually give him money) over the other former QBs that are doing this - he’s way more detailed than most, is willing to deep dive on the bad stuff, not just good highlights, and doesn’t rewind-ff the same half second snippet sixteen times in a row like many do. Drew Brees, for instance , is a HOF QB but he’s pretty bad at this. Keep it up!

Some info on that last play - Bryce said in post game that he had a missed motion on that call and that's why it was bad.

Bryce went from Peddling back in college to tip-toeing in in the NFL because he needs an extra inch or so of height.
