I felt his footwork was a lot more consistent with Gruden and it regressed pretty heavily under McDaniels I was thinking maybe he is hands off when it comes to that because he had Brady so long, but I'm unsure. Everyone wants to point to that injury in 16 but IMO his best film as a pro is probably actually 2020. It COULD be him not trusting the OL because these Saints OGs don't look like NFL players and neither did the OGs he had in 2022 but for different reasons.

2023-12-24 19:47:39 +0000 UTCregarding carrs footwork and mechanics, why has no coach fixed that? I am assuming they tried to right, I mean he’s had 10 years in the league? I understand that’s just the way some guys play the position but it seems like carr could be so much more consistent if he fixed those things. His pure arm talent is really good , footwork and mechanics all over the place and feel like its a reflection of his game.
