It doesn't happen often, but typically when he has to move up in the pocket he'll heel click to do so. There's about three or four plays a game this happens in the last month and playoffs.

I really hope the Niners can get a better O line and pass protection next year. Kyle was asked about it and from his answer, he doesn’t seem to see it as an urgent need. It’s really insane how well Purdy was able to do all season with such terrible pass protection.

2024-02-15 04:13:03 +0000 UTCOn the play at 45:50 when McCaffrey motions across when Deebo is in the backfield, the LB tries to pass of McCaffrey to someone else in motion and he never gets picked up by anyone. If that was a Play action that goes for serious yards. It just jumped off the screen to me when I saw it and it’s a shame for the 49ers that KC got away from that scot free.
