Not in the shouty show burn it all down kind of way but if the powers that be decide everything is just fine with the scheme and personnel and hope for better injury luck next year, we're in for some chop. Last year, this was the 3rd least injured team according to Adjusted Games Lost (AGL) so not likely to be sustainable. Sorry this was kind of a wet fart of a game and a season, JT. 3:15 Clicky footwork. You mention his footwork and mechanics several times later; seems like an off season tune up wouldn't hurt. 7:30 weakside inside zone, no way the wing was ever going to get there. Unless there was a mistake sorting it out as 3 crept down, it's an odd schematic choice. 11:40 Deebo cursive U route. Lol. Is it a foregone conclusion that he's gone after this season? Whatever I think of him as a human aside, his tape has looked rough. Looked like a shitty route in 2022 against the Dolphins too. The drop sucks obviously but continued lack of explosiveness on tape, inconsistent effort, and being dogshit against man coverage is the on-field red flag. 16:40 7 step drop under center. More touches for Pearsall but seriously concerned for Aiyuk's future; unhappy triad is no joke, even with modern treatment options. Mason/Guerrendo seems workable if both McCaffrey's achilles explode. Jonathan Taylor would be amazing in this offense but that might not be in the cards (and would break our hearts lol).
