Backed ISS but backed primal at the lowest. Definitely waiting for Monster Hunter, as I have a couple of SFG games and it looks more interesting and even cheaper. Still determining, but don't want to get both or have too many boss battlers. More into campaign, story driven, RPG, dungeon crawler type games anyway as well as good sci-fi/space games.

The social goal I didn't mind. I saw it not as a free marketing tactic but more of a way to get people more involved in the campaign. I also didn't partake in that because I knew others would. How are they managing VAT? I haven't been paying too much attention to that.

2021-01-29 12:55:38 +0000 UTCI didn't back any of these games except Primal, but really on the fence on whether to keep the pledge. Not a fan of the steep price tag, how they manage VAT, rest of the world / rest of asia shipping charges, and how a monster daily unlock become a social media goal. Marketing cost money, at 1.5M Euro funded, they are still asking their backers to do marketing for them for free with a dangling carrot. Luckily they accepted the feedback from the backers and add the second monster directly to the pledge without making us jump through loops. Nonetheless, I hope all the backers get to enjoy this game which looks really good.
