I love the new setup, but I’d add a little more color in the games behind you. It looks very black & white to me. What about more colorful games like Cascadia etc to brighten the mood?

For other channels (including some that you mentioned), the main factor in whether I watch or not is what game they are covering. If it seems like something I might want to play or buy, I'll probably watch it. Otherwise, I probably won't. But that's just me.
