Pre-release: Mid-2000s parts salvage, exploration and horrors!
Added 2024-11-16 02:09:16 +0000 UTCSo here I was thinking I'd do a nice, low-effort parts-salvage video in the interest of maintaining a schedule. Turns out that didn't work! This is apparently the busy season at the new job... Anyways, it's finally done! Just a couple of junky systems from the mid-2000s. Wanted to see what all was salvageable, and if the horrors on the outside matched the horrors on the inside. I really wish it could have been a Halloween release...
Also, might be possibly working on securing another e-waste haul. No idea of contents yet, but is estimated around 40 systems. Let's hope for some more hero systems!

I bet the IDE to SATA adapter was for using a SATA HDD or SSD with Windows 98 without needing to mess around with SATA compatibility.
