Nyctocosm: Realm of Mystics Part II!

Merry Christmas! This is a sort of surprise release for Patrons. Attached is Nyctocosm v0.1.2, the datapack and resource pack. This update includes a new spell, two new biomes, two new structures, and some other tweaks and changes, as detailed below:

Updates:
- [x] update to 1.19.3
- [x] new biomes: Desert of Rime, Twilight Woodlands
- [x] new structures: Outpost, Monolith
- [x] make portal closeable
- [x] nerfed scythe and sword
- [x] fixed dais being affected by submergence
- [x] made scythe not go thru some blocks
- [x] replace grass with sculk in night wastes
- [x] added a lore system

New Spells:
- [x] REPELLANCE: dissonance, wind spell that blows out water and lava and fire and pushes manipulable entities back

Lore:
- [x] Ancient Journals: Log I, II, III, IV
- [x] Catechism of the Seelic Mystics: Precept I

To find these lore books, explore the Night Realm and find the Outpost and Monolith structures. Outposts spawn only in the Desert of Rime and Night Wastes biomes, while Monoliths spawn only in Twilight Woodlands. Each structure is guaranteed to have one lore book inside. Right-click the book, and it will turn into the next entry in your personal lore book path.

I had planned to also include a new boss in this update, but my team members were busy so I could not get as much done as I had hoped. The next big thing I work on will be the boss, so stay tuned!
