Her origin being long lost, Ursus pursued the teachings of archaeology in order to find answers to her condition.
Her entire body is a growing and forever changing organism that is painful and contagious.
Oddly enough, she is able to remove the condition on others as well as applying it, in order to either protect the host with hard coral/shell like surface or heal with a touch mending any wound, but used too long on others will eventually kill them.
She have never been able to cure herself, believing shes being the main source of the condition.
Her powers that comes with all this changes her body constantly in a painful way, and overusing her abilities puts a risk on her mind that may cause a total reset to her memory.

In meta shes a triton, but the story goes that the condition have mangled her body so much nobody can tell anymore. She is a bit of a trial character, might make a redo in the future if there is a campaign fitting for another character like her and I might acctually go with the warforge idea, thank you ˆˆ
