Business Expenses 2019
Added 2020-01-08 19:00:03 +0000 UTCSpent most of yesterday getting my statements sorted out. I ended up deciding to create a pretty little pie chart of my business expenses.
Sadly, I wasn't smart enough to break up my revenue by revenue sources, so it's impossible for me (without redoing the entire sheet) to work out my various revenue sources. Not that it would make a big difference since the majority of my revenue comes from either Amazon or Audible. My wide revenue is slowly growing, but it's still a tiny piece of the pie especially since my most popular series are exclusive to Amazon still.
Anyway, the biggest boondoggle of my expenses is the comic cost obviously. The rest aren't too horrible. The book production for example includes the cost of the royalties for the anthology as well as covers, editing, etc.
Audiobook cost is mostly just the cost for narrators.
Anyway, I'm happy to answer questions to a certain extent. :)
