Broken Council - Chapters and December Plans

Hi guys;

So, I wanted to mention a few things. Firstly, Broken Council (first draft) is currently sitting at 22 Chapters and an Epilogue.

That means you should finish all the chapters (with a ton caught up and edited soon) by the middle of next month. I have a December 4th deadline with my editors for next year, so that should be perfect.

I've started on the short story Adventures in Clothing too, so I'm hoping it'll be good and posted by the end of the month. It should be fine, I just need to clarify a few thoughts in my mind about it, but it should be a nice change of pace.

I've also got Leveled Up Love being posted on December 1, 2020 which is my Gamelit Romance. I co-authored the work, so I need to verify with co-author, but I should be fine to send ebook files all to you I believe we discussed that. We'll treat you like ARC readers. PLEASE review, this is a HUGE risk we're taking since umm... there's really not been a Gamelit Romance that has done well. :) And certainly, as far as I know, nothing like what we're doing.

Lastly, after all that is done. I'm taking a break for most (if not all) of December.

I plan to write more of AoB 7 during that period, but I'm not going to push it. I am NOT going to do the short story then (at least, not on schedule/voting). Basically, I'm going to have fun during December and have a mini-holiday. If I write, I write. If I don't, I don't.

Come January 1, 2020 I'll start on getting out A Thousand Li 5 done (if I have finished AoB 7) or finish up AoB 7. Either way, I'll get back to the grind in January.

For December, I'm on holiday pretty much. I know myself well enough to say I'll probably still be working (admin, etc.) but I won't be pushing things.

The reason for this is I'm stressed and slightly burnt out. I'm noticing it in my personal interactions, I'm noticing how it's getting harder and harder to actually sit down and write, and I'm certainly noticing it in my hands (which hurt all the time).

So. Holiday. December.

Grind in January, but break time for a bit. Questions, comments, etc, feel free to ask.

PS: Grayson Sinclair released Hive Queen today via Starlit Publishing!
