Website block solved
Added 2022-04-08 04:11:36 +0000 UTCGoodness, I apologize from being paranoid and tripping on my foot. Now i can access pixiv normally again as well as all other previously inaccessible websites. By simply changing My browser security DNS into Cloudflare and no longer require to use VPN to bypass government internet block. Back to work again.
