Benz - (Doktor Plekter's Rework)

Hey! Here's the last track of the album, Benz! You guys have now heard most of the album, and I only have one more track to reveal from here! 😄

This track is actually a remix of a scrapped track I made ages ago, called Benz. The original track was in 5/4 and had a heavy doom metal influence, but I decided to scrap it because it didn't fit the poppy vibe of the album. Before scrapping it however, I asked Plekter what track he wanted to remix off the album (back when it was only a short EP), and Plekter chose Benz! This remix sounds completely different from the original track and I couldn't be happier with it! I originally planned to save this remix for a single or something along those lines, but I decided against it because it was just too good.

In other news, I hope you all are taking care of yourselves. This whole situation (you know which one I'm talking about) has been a bit tough for me. I'm not used to staying indoors all day and all my regular music classes have been canceled for the month due to the unfortunate circumstances. The live show I was hoping to play in April is also suffering the consequences of you-know-what.
While all this stuff is kind of a bummer at least we can look at the bright side. I have a lot more free time to spend on making new stuff for you guys! I have a lot of Patreon exclusive tracks and benefits planned for the future, and I don't have to worry as much about time management now, haha.

I hope to have a lot to offer you guys after the album drop, and I can't wait to share my plans. But until then, stay safe! - m
