It's Friday, so like I promised, here's a new track! I came up with this a few weeks ago, around the time I was finishing the new album.
A little insight on where this track came from...
I was listening to some tunes on my long morning commute (I take music classes in the city, or at least I did until all the recent stuff went down). A song came on that struck me after listening to the album Midnight Funk by Demon...

What surprised me is how much the song sounded like the start of a future funk track, at least before the beat dropped. Immediately I looked up the sample (I carry my laptop with me on the subway) and started messing around with it. I also listened to some future funk tracks that were hot on bandcamp for inspiration. The result was the track I posted!
Did I completely capture the classic future funk vibe? I don't know man. I grew up listening to french house. But hopefully the result is enjoyable!
If you want, let me know if I should continue in this direction. I'm just kinda messing around with a bunch of different genres right now.
