This one wasnโt bad, itโs just not my fav. She literally posted on IG that she hates talking about the remake and doesnโt even count it as a Chucky movie. I do kinda like the fact that this Chucky was actually trying to protect Andy and be his friend till he actually went full on psycho๐

MGM had the rights to the OG Child's Play film idea so they decided to make a modernized version but the entire storyline of Chucky being a killer who possessed the doll is separate from this film. Thats why the character names are the same but the idea is new. Don Mancini the creator of the OG series did not like this movie being made and thats why he set out to create the Chucky TV show to continue HIS story of Chucky.
