"What Was I Made For?" Cover

Today I'm sharing a very special cover that I made with my good friend and collaborator Mason Lieberman. I've always loved this song by Billie Eilish and wanted to make my own cover of it; funny enough, Mason had already wanted to do the same thing and had me in mind as the vocalist, so we went ahead and it did one night! In following Billie's tradition of using no tuning on her vocals, I wanted to challenge myself by doing the same here. It was such a nice and peaceful experience recording and producing this and I hope you like the results! We were thinking about fully releasing this to streaming platforms at a later time as well after some fine-tuning, what do you think?

(P.S. and a little fun fact: the cover photo I used for this track is also an unused photo I took from a single cover art shoot I did for one of my good friends in college a couple of years ago!)
