Ren is exasperated. "Do you want to be late for our blessed event?!!"
When you see a layout with poses outlined in red, it means you want the animator to reuse some previous pose. "W/O" means 'works out of' a previous pose. It means use some of the same animation but modify whatever needs to be different - for example Ren's dialogue.
